by Brian Woodman Jr. on 10/29/21
AMMO Fight League’s Halloween event on Saturday night will
include a grappling match between former Connecticut favorite Brennan Ward and Chris
Samboy, who trains at Underdog BJJ in Hartford. Ward is perhaps best known for

alternate and eventually lost to then-champion Alexander Shlemenko.
A pair of amateur championship fights will headline the
event, which will start at 5 PM at the Big E in West Springfield, Massachusetts.
Jessen Ramcharan will fight John Lamia for a vacant bantamweight title. Casey
Norton of Terryville will fight Michael Queen for a vacant flyweight title.
